Me in Mum's Tum

Here's a photo of me in Mum's tummy at 36 weeks (on the left) - this was taken at her baby shower.
The photo on the right was taken when Mum was 38 weeks....I was born a few days after this photo was taken!

My Cousins

Meet my cousins....Joseph, Timmy (on the left) and Elijah (on the right). Joseph is 7, Timmy's nearly 5 and Elijah will be 2 in November. They live in Dubbo and I can't wait to play with them when I get older.

Car Rides

Here's a photo (24 May) of me in my baby capsule....I love car rides and usually fall asleep after a short time of driving!

My Aunties

Here are photos of me with Mummy's sisters - My Aunties! On the left is me with Auntie Fi - she came to visit me in hospital. On the right is me with Auntie Anney - she came to visit on 5 May from her holidays in Queensland.....aren't I lucky??

I love sleeping!

Here's a photo of me dreaming about cuddles and milk - I'm looking very happy! This was taken on 28 April 06 when I was 12 days old......

I make Mummy very happy when I have big sleeps at night - sometimes I sleep for 7 1/2 hours before I call out for a drink.

My Daddy

My Daddy's name is James Barker and he's a great runner! Here's a photo of him taken in the Canberra Marathon - the week before I was born. He came 3rd in this race and won $500! His time was 2:27:05 - Wow! I can't wait to run with him one day.

In the 2nd photo here you can see some blood on Daddy's running singlet - he got chaffe on his nipples and they bled heaps. I think they would have hurt when he got in the shower.

My First Smile

Mummy saw my first real smile on 23 May 2006 when she tickled my face then Daddy saw me smile the next day on 24 May. In the first few days I only smiled every now and then but now I smile all the time - when someone makes funny purring noises with their tongues or when I watch people on TV or even when I just look out the window. These photos were taken of me on 13 June 2006 when I was feeling really happy!

Bath time

Here's a photo of me having my first ever bath with Dad! This was taken in hospital on 19 April 2006 when I was 3 days old.

I love my bath time - I go all calm and when I go on my tummy I pull my legs up like a little frog.

My Birthday

My name is Jett Brian Barker and I was born on 16 April 2006 to Daddy - James Barker and Mummy - Naomi Hedgecoe!

I was 7 pounds 4 ounces (3.3kgs) and 47.5cm long. I was born at Calvary Hospital in Canberra, ACT.
